dc.description.abstract This article discuses the outcome of an evaluation of SDS-PAGE test method that was applied to activate sludge by Ehlers and Cloete. The results showed that an inappropriate analytical method to a single sludge system was applied and have investigated the correlation between these results and incorrect phosphate readings. en
