In this paper, a framework for linking mix design parameters with the structural design process is discussed, based on dynamic tests conducted in the laboratory, complemented by Heavy Vehicle Simulator (HVS) tests on pavements containing Large-Aggregate Mixes for Bases (LAMBS).
