The basin was characterized by associated parameters such as maximum deflection (Ymax), radius of curvature index (BCI), shape factors (F1 and F2) and outer deflections. The evaluation is based on a parametric study where the constants (K1 & K2) in the stress stiffening model of the granular material (layer) are varied.
