Seasonal productivity problems, the seasonal provision of special facilities and the seasonal use of special techniques are, amongst others, assessed. From these results it is apparent that the building and construction industry has not yet developed a sophisticated response to varying climatological conditions. The influence of weather variables and weather forecasts are discussed.
