This is a group that is responsible for support of criminal justice systems, a group working with government safety strategies and crime prevention programmes at the CSIR. During her interview with Redi Ireko of Monitoring South Africa said that South Africans can overcome the problem of crime by painting and articulating how it will look like in a safe South Africa. South Africans should have a vision of how all will look like when all is fixed. She went on to say that leaders of South Africa also have the responsibility of contributing to the expectations of a rainbow nation; they have the responsibility of giving guidance.
