dc.description.abstract This chapter provides an overview of the specific terms to be considered when referring to a DHIE, as well as the rise of preventive measures to ensure a focus on wellness. Elements that constitute a DHIE will be discussed based on a literature review to indicate the complexity of the concept. It is also necessary to understand the dynamics of this term and all the elements that should be considered when developing such an ecosystem for a specific country. en_US
