In this collection is a source code of a Video processing project . The source code is released as a set of tools and algorithms for video processing collected into filters that are to be registered with the operating system. This is quite clear from the web page on sourceforge. APPLICATIONS that use these filters are NOT the scope of this source code. In fact, the creators have specifically stayed away from releasing an application that uses these filters. It is designed for specialists/engineers/scientists in the field to use as they wish in their own applications.
