The development of the Inundu fast-jet electronics test and evaluation pod is described as a case study in the development of technology demonstrators. This pod is required to provide a “laboratory” environment for its electronics payload despite the rigors of being carried by fast-jet aircraft. This requirement, along with the need to be easily integrated with a wide variety of carriage aircraft resulted in a challenging development project.
