The efficient utilization of biomass is increasingly important due to the diminishing resources of fossil fuels worldwide. Wood, and most of other components of wood are burnt to produce energy. This presentation focuses on the dissolution of South African Eucalyptus sawdust wood in solvent mixtures, and the impact of these solvents on the environment.
