Abstract

Climate action has become a priority on the international agenda but the challenge facing the global community is both complex and considerable. Climate change poses a serious threat to human development and prosperity with potentially wide-ranging implications for water, food and energy security, human health, infrastructure, biodiversity, migation, global trade and security.
