| Abstract: | Due to their self-renewal and pluripotency characteristics, stem cells possess the potential to dramatically advance current therapies in tissue regeneration and engineering. In this work, we report for the first time that femtosecond laser pulses can be utilized for successful transient photo-transfection and differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cell colonies. |
