dc.description.abstract The super-structure consists predominantly of the load- and no-load-bearing walls-including all doors and windows and suspended floor slabs. The building envelope plays a significant role in the performance of a building, especially with regard to the green building components (heat loss, material use, maintenance, daylight ventilation). The builidng envelope can be divided into three sections, namely: sub-structure, super-structure, and roof assembly. en_US
