| Abstract: | The Swartkops estuary has been an object of the study for many years and research results obtained during the past 30 years were considered at a symposium in 1987. This report documents the proceeding of this symposium as well as conclusions and recommendations of delegates on problems facing the estuary and formulation of a cohesive and comprehensive management plan for the estuary. |
