Abstract

The response to part 1 of this series has been so good that it was considered worthwhile to extend the work to cover a wider field. This publication therefore contains material not covered in part 1, although it also supplements and updates certain topics. It concentrates on conversion factors, general fibre properties, spinning limits, typical twist factors and weaving performance. Some information is also included concerning transfer printing.
