Abstract: Sewing, as a means of joining two or more fabrics to make a garment or other article is likely to remain the most common and versatile method in the foreseeable future. For the purpose of this publication the seam pucker is defined as a distortion of the fabric along the seam line causing a wrinkled appearance.
