| Abstract: | Transportek has been involved in accelerated pavement testing (APT) with a fleet of Heavy Vehicle Simulators (HVSs) over the past two decades. During this period, a vast amount of pavement response and performance data has been accumulated, but these data still need to be utilised to their full potential in a structural pavement design model. A data base of selected HVS tests from which structural design models could be developed therefore had to be established. This report contains material and processed in-depth deflection and permanent deformation data for a number of past HVS tests sections which were added to the structural database during the current financial year. |
