| Abstract: | On 12 October 2007 an Air Defence Artelliry (ADA) shooting incident took place during a training exercise at the Combat Training Centre in Luhatla. The board of inquiry convened a technical committee that was tasked with investigating the failure identified by the failure review board (FRB). The poster shows the investigation processes undertaken on the shooting accident. |
