This study concerns the use of a manometric method for the quantitative determination of the oxidation of ferrous sulphate, sulphur, thiosulphate and a sample of pyrites by Thiobacillus thio-oxidans, Thibacillus ferro-oxidans, Ferrobacillus ferro oxidans and Ferrobacillus sulpho-oxidans.
