dc.description.abstract The influence of severe oxidation on bright coal particles by the application in the presence of oxygen is fairly well known. In this study an attempt was made to establish the connection between the deterioration of swelling properties and the increase in reflectance of the vitrinite in which the deterioration of swelling properties and the increase in reflectance could be studied at specific intervals over a fairly long period. en_US
